Workshops for Building Mindfulness & Improving Mental & Spiritual Wellness
Moon & Rune Wellness Workshops are unique workshop programs that have been created by combining various holistic and mental health therapy models to help improve each workshop attendee's self-awareness, mindfulness and overall wellbeing. The workshop attendees will be taught about a variety of tools/ techniques used for creating and living with intentional mindsets, removing negative/ limiting belief systems and learning how to effectively approach and achieve goals they wish to accomplish for themselves and others.

Wellness Linguistics
Wellness Linguistics work creates a present awareness of the importance and impact of the way each attendee is currently using language and teaches how to use the power of language to experience a beneficial shift in one's Mental & Spiritual Wellness. S.U.E . Scale The "Standard Units of Experience" Scale is a simple mindfulness technique used to teach each attendee how to build better mindfulness and awareness of the things in their lives that most impact their emotional states on a daily basis. Emotional Freedom / Thought Field Tapping Therapy A mindfulness tool used to help "re-wire" or reset your central nervous system's patterns away from negative and damaging thoughts to more intentional ones. Breathwork Techniques Simple breath exercises that are used as a tool for balancing the mind & body Introduction to Meditation Each attendee will be taught easy to use meditation styles, mantras and techniques which can be used daily to improve their overall wellness |
Each Wellness Workshop is intended to help release tension and stress, allow the participants to experience various levels of consciousness, improve personal awareness of one's mental state and teach simple and easy to utilize mindset shifting tools and techniques that the participant can continue to practice in their day-to-day life to improve their wellness.
Workshop attendees will also be given the option for 1 free private session with Mira outside of the group Wellness Workshop in the hopes that they will continue their journey of Self-healing for their mind, body and spirit.
