What is Integrative Therapy?Integrative Therapy is a holistic or "whole" approach to mental wellness that includes a spiritual understanding of the mind and psyche as a dynamic part of the healing process. This form of therapy approaches each client with a sense of understanding, compassion, and guidance that facilitates the whole person (mind- body -spirit). There is no "one-size fits all" method in Integrative Therapy, but rather, an individual and intuitively generated rapport that builds trust, awareness, purpose, and sustainable results for each client's mental & spiritual well-being.

Session Rates, Billing Policies & Insurance
Individual Session Rate: $125.00 per session | Couples & Family Session Rate: $160.00 per session
Billing: Each session is booked and billed on an individual basis unless otherwise requested by the client. Session rates are due at the end of each session and are billed electronically to the client via Venmo or PayPal. *Established clients and clients with special financial circumstances (contact Mira directly to discuss) will be invoiced at the end of each session and are expected to pay the total amount due from session within a two weeks' time.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and reschedule requests for sessions are expected to be communicated with 24-hour notice. Cancellations or reschedules (especially habitual ones) that occur same day will be billed the full session amount. Communications about emergency circumstances are understood and encouraged - if you have a personal emergency and need to cancel or reschedule that is appreciated unless it becomes a habitual circumstance (3 or more sessions being rescheduled or cancelled on the same day over the course of the service relationship.

- Talk Therapy for Mental Wellness
The purpose of each Talk Therapy Session is to help the client identify issues that cause emotional distress. For some people, these issues are complex and may result in true psychological "dis -ease" such as depression or anxiety. But for others, this type of therapy may simply serve as a safe place to discuss feelings and emotions triggered by daily stressors, illness, relationships, grief and loss, or the impact of a specific trauma. Once the issues are identified, we begin "inner work" to help you understand how these stressors are affecting your life. This "inner work" is intended to develop personal strategies and solutions aimed at improving your mental wellness and building an "ease" of mind.
Wellness Linguistics - Neurolinguistic Therapy
Language and words are tools that we utilize every day in both our inner world (thoughts & beliefs) and outer world (speech & writing). Many don't pay much attention to the implications and overall effect of the way they have learned how to and autonomically engage with language. Wellness Linguistics and Neurolinguistic Therapy works by creating a present awareness of the importance and impact of the way we use language for our Self and others and teaches the client how to use the power of language to experience a beneficial shift in their Mental & Spiritual Wellness. This starts by establishing a state of mindfulness around the existing language patterns (internal and external). After an appreciable state of mindful awareness is established this therapy approach then teaches the client how to be intentional and mindful in the ways they can change and evolve their use of language (and narratives they have subconsciously integrated up until this point) to effectively change and evolve their perspective or outlook on life.
Cognitive Remodeling Therapy
Cognitive Remodeling is a therapy model that is intended to guide individuals to a sense of whole conscious awareness that allows them to break through old limiting patterns, emotions, and belief systems so that the emotional connections of the mind-body-spirit can be healed at a core level. This process starts by building a strong basis of understanding around the existing mind-body-spirit trauma connections, where they originate from, and how they connect to one-another in order to heal the roots of emotionally based blockages that are present in the physical body and mind. This therapy allows for an intentional "remodeling" of the whole Self's cognitive architecture through a connective thought process of the narratives the client has accepted as a "truth" about themselves and the world they exist in (based on past experience, social and family constructs and environments). This "remodeling" of the personal perspective and belief systems allows the client to heal internal blockages that have kept them from their truest potentials and Self expression.
Ikigai Model Logotherapy
This healing methodology combines two similar models of therapeutic approach (Ikigai & Logotherapy) in a way that will assist the client to define a personal sense of purpose. Logotherapy is a therapeutic approach that intends to guide people to find personal meaning in life. The term is derived from “logos,” a Greek word that translates as “meaning” or "reason" and has also been translated as "the word of God". Developed by Viktor Frankl, the theory is founded on the belief that the human psyche has a natural instinct and motivation to search for and find a life purpose. The concept of "Ikigai" is said to have evolved from the basic health and wellness principles of traditional Japanese medicine and holds that physical wellbeing is affected by one’s mental–emotional health and sense of purpose in life. The word Ikigai is most literally translated as ‘reason for being.’ ‘Iki’ in Japanese means ‘life,’ and ‘gai’ describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life purpose or your bliss or what allows you to experience a sense of "flow-state". It’s what brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day. It's an excellent method for establishing a baseline model of what sort of career path, hobbies and daily/ long term life choices will allow you the most freedom to be your truest Self and get the most enjoyment out of your life.
Subconscious Cognition Therapy

Subconscious Cognition Therapy (also often referred to as "Shadow - Work") is a method that allows you to become aware of the subconscious traumas, belief systems and patterns that are present in your conscious daily life so that they can be healed. The human "psyche" is comprised of the individual's mind, body and feelings all working together in a collaborative and subconscious construct. It is a self-regulating system with all psychic contents – thoughts, feelings, dreams, intuitions etc. – and has an important purpose as a part of our existence. Through the subconscious the psyche uses dreams and the imaginative centers of the mind in attempts to communicate important messages to the individual. These internal visions speak and express your subconscious mind and your correlative mental/ emotional state of being through the language of symbols and metaphors. Subconscious Cognition Therapy will teach you to better understand and interpret the messages of your psyche via deep self-realizations and awareness of the subconscious mind.
Emotional Alchemy Guidance
When life presents us with trials and tribulations, we are often met and engulfed by a difficult emotion. In these moments we have a tendency to lose sight of the bigger picture or the true value of the emotional response as a universal messenger and teacher. We are often pulled under the proverbial "wave" as we fight, reject and deny ourselves through reactionary behaviors that lack awareness. This healing practice will teach you how to "alchemize" or transform "negative" external events into constructive and positive internal evolutions of the mind and spirit.
EFT/ TFT Emotional Release Therapy
(EFT) Emotional Freedom Technique & (TFT) Thought Field Therapy aka "psychological acupressure" are healing therapies which work by releasing negative emotions connected to physical meridians along the body's central nervous system. By tapping these specific locations you can balance your energy system(s) and treat physical pains caused by mental and emotional distresses. Tapping focuses around these meridian points (energy "hot spots") to restore balance to your body and mind. Restoring this balance can relieve symptoms rooted in unresolved emotional trauma and associated subconscious damage. The method is based in centuries old Eastern Medicine practices in which meridian points are areas of the body where specific energy(s) should flow freely. These pathways balance your internal energy system(s) to maintain your physical and mental health. The goal of tapping therapy is to provide you with personal self healing tools which can be utilized in guided sessions and ultimately in your day to day life.
Grief Therapy
The mental trauma's that can occur at both a conscious and subconscious level from the experience of "loss" can be overwhelming. It's important to understand that while Grief & Bereavement are most commonly associated with the concept of "loss" caused by the death of a loved one - this is not the only form of grief or type of "loss" that exists or that can be healed by Grief & Bereavement Therapy. Some other examples of events that create a sense of loss and create blockages in the mind and body include: The loss of a relationship, the loss of a job or career path, the loss of a physical or cognitive ability and even a sense of a "loss" of Self that can be created by certain life events or traumas. Grief & Bereavement Therapy is approached with a totally individual sense of the type of loss being dealt with and with an awareness of the most effective therapy methods that will help the client heal and move past their grief.
ADDICTION & BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Therapy
Addiction and Behavioral Health Guidance provides each client with the support, education and mindset tools required to free themselves from their existing relationship with substance abuse/ use. This healing method works by teaching the client about addiction and other unhealthy or limiting behavioral factors in their life from a new perspective that assigns it a value that is less limiting or permanent in the client's life. By redefining the relationship with the client's behaviors, as momentary choices/ actions in their life - not "who they are", the client is able to separate themselves from the behaviors and build a healthier and more sustainable mindset that allows them to evolve past their addictions and other limiting or detrimental habits that may be impacting their life.
TRAUMA & P.T.S.D. THERAPY
Trauma & P.T.S.D (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Therapy works by allowing each client to be guided to a place with their existing conscious and subconscious traumas can truly be healed and left in the past by building a new cognitive relationship with their environments and Self. This therapy is centered around deconstructing the existing relationship with each of the client's traumas in a way that allows the client to observe and emotionally de-tach from them. Session work focuses on building an awareness of the roots of each trauma and using such methods as Mind-Body Connection Awareness (also commonly referred to as Somatic Healing), EFT/TFT, Wellness Linguistic Work, Creative Self Expression, Mindfulness/Meditation and Breathwork techniques to provide the client with a sense of control that allows them to build a new relationship with Self that is unburdened by traumatic memories and events from their past.

TALK THERAPY FOR COUPLES & FAMILY
Talk Therapy for Couples and Families are Guided Wellness Sessions that are intended to create a deeper connection and understanding between members of the couple or family unit in such a way that allows each person to feel heard, understood and appreciated. Session work is focused around identifying and healing such things as existing shared and individual emotional wounds, generational traumas, trust and vulnerability issues, intimacy issues and limiting belief systems that may be carried by one or more of the clients. There is also a strong focus on the kind of linguistic and mindfulness tools that can be implemented by the couple or family. Each couple or family is also guided on how to set healthy and sustainable wellness goals for everyone involved, such as building better communication styles and weekly or daily rituals that help keep everyone feeling included and balanced within the shared emotional environments.

While the process of seeking and receiving guidance is usually a "necessary truth" for one's mental and spiritual journey, it is also vitally important each client realize that it will be necessary for them to "do the work". The answers which awaken and heal a soul are unique to every individual and require Self exploration to find, not only the answers which the client is seeking, but the questions they didn't know you had.
